Refund policy

All sales are final. Every piece at 1stDownVintage is vintage, secondhand, and one of one. Because of that, we don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, fit, or sizing. Please look over the photos and details in each listing carefully before buying, and message us with any questions before you order.

The one exception: if we made an honest mistake and the item is materially different from its listing (wrong item, an undisclosed flaw, or a real error in the description), we'll make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll cover return shipping and issue a refund once the piece is returned in its original condition.

About vintage condition: these pieces show their age. Light fading, softness, and small imperfections consistent with the era are part of the character of vintage, are described as best we can in each listing, and aren't considered defects.
